As a precautionary measure to slow the spread of Covid-19 and to enhance the services of seaport, sign-on and sign-off applications shall be submitted via email, from 01st September 2020. Hence, Seafarer Sponsorship Declaration Form (IM40) and the required documents has to be emailed to [email protected].
