Visa Division of the Maldives Immigration has been relocated to M. Star Cloud, 8th floor (former Star Cinema building). Hence, from 1st August 2021, all the visa services will be provided from the new office building. With this move, we look forward to seeing and serving you better with greatly improved office surroundings.
As the visa services are now online, customers can apply for all types of visas; including Business Visa, Special Visa, Marriage Visa, Student Visa, Dependent Visa and even for Sponsorship Declaration via IMUGA portal. However, work visa service is provided through the Xpat Online System. When the application is processed, an online appointment is issued to submit the passport(s) for issuing visa. The customer will be notified when the passport is ready for collection and another appointment will be issued again for passport(s) collection.
Besides Male’ City, visa services are also being provided at Addu City, Fuvahmulak City and Kulhudhuffushi City.
