Following are the service hours of us during Ramazan and the first seven days of Shawwal 1442.
Passport and Passport Card service
You can submit the application for Passport and Passport Card via our digital services platform, IMUGA, 24/7.
- Appointments for Passport and Passport Card collection will be issued from 09:05am to 12:30pm
- If the payment for the application is paid before 11:30am, appointment to collect Passport / Passport Card will be issued for the same day, after 12:30pm. Otherwise the next working day, from 09:05am
- Appointment details will be shared via an SMS to the mobile number registered in IMUGA
- If you miss your appointment, you may make a new appointment by calling to 9555333 or 9199163
Visa services
All visa applications shall be submitted online – Work Visa applications via Xpat Online and other visa applications via IMUGA, from 09:00am to 05:00pm.
- Appointments for Work Visa applicants to submit the passport for visa – 09:05am to 10:45am
- Appointments for Work Visa applicants to collect the passport – 11:30am to 12:30pm
- Appointments for other visa services – 09:05am to 12:15pm
Services of Expatriate Monitoring & Repatriation Division
- Registration, interviewing and documentation services of Voluntary Departure program – 09:00am to 10:30am
- Clearance Departure form (IM07) submission – 09:00am to 10:30am and issuing at 12:00pm

- Fever or symptoms of respiratory infection (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath)
- Returned from overseas in the last 10 days
- Been in close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 in the last 10 days
